Crios Rosé of Malbec
A beautiful, deep, vibrant rose color. Has a surprising amount of body for a rosé wine, and beautiful aromas of fresh, ripe strawberries. Very soft, yet full on the palate with flavors of wild strawberries and young cherries that come rushing in, accompanied by some spice notes and a clean, dry finish.
This is the perfect chicken wine and a charming companion to spicy Asian cuisine. Keep one in the fridge at all times and you’ll always have a delicious wine to enjoy with light snacks and cheeses.
Adlesheim Willamette Rosé
Co-owners Lynn and Jack Loacker broached the subject of producing a dry rosé from Pinot noir back in the spring of 2005. They welcomed the intellectual challenge of creating a wine that was neither white (crisp, clean and refreshing) nor red (round, full and savory). They wanted a wine that had elements of both but was its own wine, and was recognizably “Oregon.”
Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
The ‘Don’ of red grapes. Small black berries with thick skins provide superb tannin and flavour its wines. The aroma most often associated with Cabernet Sauvignon is Cassis or Black currant. Due to the practice of barrel aging, it often exudes subtle spicy notes of cedar wood, cigar box and pencil shavings.
For the Mulderbosch Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards are managed specifically with the idea of rosé production in mind. Early picking dates result in naturally high levels of acidity and a bright spectrum of fruit aromas ideal in rosé style wines
Lively, vivid rose pink in the glass. It has a pleasant nose with hints of strawberry. Full and round in the mouth with aromas of fresh fruit and a splendidly fresh and long finish.
