2011 Insoglio del Cinghiale – Tuscan favorite, ready to drink.

The Insoglio was a big hit at Tipple’s when we began carrying the 2008 vintage. It’s balanced, medium body makes it perfect for pairing with a wide range of food. The wine disappeared from our shelves for a bit, but it is back with the 2011 vintage. Insoglio consistently receives great reviews, and the 2011 vintage is no exception.

The Insoglio is fermented partially in oak and stainless fermenters to achieve a wonderful balance to compliment its flavors of spice, dark fruit, and a hint of earth. 33% Cabernet Franc, 32% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot.
