Medium to full-bodied with good acidity, brilliant purity and a delineation that is uncommon for a wine with so much flavor, this beauty should drink well for 2-3 years. I hope we see more blends such as this. These offerings, which are the products of Quintessa’s Huneus family, are interesting wines, especially the proprietary blends. I hope consumers embrace these blends as they give winemakers lots of different options. Even more important, they are a lot of fun to taste.”
