2010 Stark-Conde Three Pines Cabernet Sauvignon

Stark Conde Three Pines 90 Points Wine Advocate – “A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot and aged for 22 months in 70% new French oak, the 2010 Three Pines Cabernet Sauvignon has a perfumed bouquet with dark cherries, briery, undergrowth and cedar. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth silky entry. This is very harmonious with lifted, soy-tinged red cherry fruit mingling with dark plum and cassis, the latter becoming more prominent toward the finish. Lovely! Drink now-2017.”
