Weihenstephaner 1516 – JACK TIPPLE’S YEAR OF BEER CHALLENGE WEEK 3.3
Weihenstephaner, the oldest brewery, created a special beer to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Bavarian Purity Law, the world’s oldest food law. 1516 is a traditional recipe brewed with local ingredients only, and is matured in the Weihenstphaner cellars.
We at Tipple’s love to try new beers all the time and we’re sure that you do too. In honor of that we have designed a program to help you try new beer and perhaps revisit some old beers you haven’t had in quite a while. For Jack Tipple’s Year of Beer Challenge we will feature a different beer every week. If you purchase that beer on the given week we will punch your card. Once you have completed 52 weeks of featured beers we will give you your choice of a Tipple’s Koozie or Tipple’s Pint glass and you will have your name added to our plaque on the wall and be immortalized in the annals of Tipple’s History.
