2015 Adelsheim Pinot Gris
Oregon-Willamette Valley

Winemaker’s Notes: Crisp, bright flavors have always been the hallmark of Adelsheim Pinot gris. In this 2015, you’ll find aromas of white peach, minerality, and pear blossom. It pulls off the difficult feat of providing a gentle creaminess that lends a rich, mouthfilling texture and long finish, yet is still impressing as a wine that’s crisp and clean. Try it with mildly spicy foods such as ceviche, not so mildly spicy Thai cuisine, rich fish entrees, and even classic oven-roasted fowl.

Retail: $19.99
On Sale Thru 3/8: $16.99

2013 David Moreau Cote de Beaune Villages
France-Burgundy

Winemaker’s Notes: Fruity and generous, with black berry flavours, this wine is nice to drink young, and can age 8 to 10 years. 100% de-stemmed, gravity transfer to vat, 14 days total maceration, indigenous yeast fermentation. 1 daily punch-down until mid-fermentation, gentle pump-overs until
the end of maceration. 17 months aging in barrel (15% new). Light, gentle filtration.
