Winemaker’s Notes: The 2016 A to Z Oregon Riesling is a pale gold color with just enough green hue to suggest spring is on its way. Piquant aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, lime zest, lemon balm, citron and spice include floral hints of apple-blossom and freesia over time. The wine has good intensity and no shortage of personality, bright yet rich and smooth with a hint of sweetness. Highlighting the generosity of the vintage and the complexity gained from sourcing across Oregon, the 2016 A to Z Oregon Riesling is drinking great now and will age gracefully. Pairs well with spicy, salty, and complex cuisine like Indian, Asian, Spanish, North African, and Central & South American, as well as simple, pleasant dishes like a stew from Alsace.

2015 Siduri Pinot Noir
Winemaker’s Notes: The 2015 Siduri Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is one of the finest Willamette Valley bottlings Siduri has produced in the over two-decade long history of making Oregon Pinot Noir. The combination of an outstanding vintage, diverse vineyard sources, and experience in producing Oregon wines under all types of growing conditions, have combined to produce a wine that is immediately delicious, and yet capable of aging for several years. This wine shows great red fruit concentration, with hints of flowers, forest floor, and shale in the mid palate. The finish is compelling with fine grained tannins and a powerful, lingering finish.
91 Points Vinous: Limpid ruby-red. Fresh red and blue fruit aromas are complemented by suggestions of allspice and white pepper. Juicy and precise, showing bright, energetic lift to the bitter cherry and raspberry flavors. Closes with zesty, spicy cut and lift, leaving a suggestion of red berry skin behind. This lively wine sure doesn’t act like it came from a hot vintage.
