Winemaker’s Notes: Sourced from parcels situated at 500m altitude, bringing some freshness in this ‘hot’ region, this fresh and easy Pinot Noir has an expressive nose of black cherry and spices, beautiful attack, the wine is ample and fruity with a fresh final. Beautiful wine, serve it slightly chilled with some roast duck, or grilled lamb chops.
