2016 Menade Rueda Verdejo
Spain-Rueda

Winemaker’s Notes: Straw yellow in color with green reflections, this wine is clean and bright. On the nose, there is a concentration of varietal and mineral aromas — notes of fruit mix with more herbaceous aromas of laurel, fennel and thyme. This Verdejo is dry, balanced and round with volume on the palate. There is a certain pithy touch, typical of the varietal. Natural acidity holds a long and elegant finish.

2015 Hedges CMS Red Blend
Washington-Columbia Valley

Winemaker Notes: Dark, deep ruby color. Aromas of fresh plum, raspberry, cocoa powder, cinnamon and cloves and a touch of dried herbs and smoke. Bursting with bright berry flavors, vanilla cream, cocoa and cinnamon. The mid-palate and finish are lush and full but with just the right balance of tartness and astringency. A great food wine, but also very pleasing to sip on while pondering life. Blend: 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 65% Merlot, 8% Syrah

Retail: $14.99
On Sale Thru 10/3: $12.99
