92 Points Robert Parker: The oak is unnoticeable, and in fact, I find similarities with the Concreto—pure, strict, raw and characterful, with plenty of fine-grained, chalky tannins. I find it to be incredibly good and with an amazing price for what it delivers. Availability should also be very good, as they produced 350,000 bottles of it. This is one to buy by the case.
92 Points James Suckling: his is clean and focused with dark berry and blueberry character. Tight with a medium body. Fine tannins and a fresh finish. A transparent and pretty red.
On Sale Thru 5/15: $18.99
Winemaker’s Notes: Fresh melon and pear on the perfumed nose, with floral and herbal qualities adding complexity. Sappy and focused on the palate, offering vibrant orchard and pit flavors along with hints of fennel and honeysuckle. The smooth, clinging finish shows a lingering pit fruit character.
