2nd Shift Brewing Hibiscus Wit -JACK TIPPLE’S YEAR OF BEER CHALLENGE 6.35
With the weather being a little cooler recently, Jack has gone through a good amount of stouts. He’s now looking for something a little more seasonal but on the lighter side. Belgian style wits, are great for warmer temperatures, but they shine equally well in the winter, especially with the right ingredients. The hibiscus in 2nd shifts hibiscus wit adds a sturdier tannic backbone to the normally crisp style. That’s why it is the beer of the week.
We at Tipple’s love to try new beers all the time and we’re sure that you do too. In honor of that we are rolling out a new program to help you try new beer and perhaps revisit some old beers you haven’t had in quite a while. For Jack Tipple’s Year of Beer Challenge we will feature a different beer every week. If you purchase that beer on the given week we will punch your card. Once you have completed 52 non-consecutive weeks of featured beers we will give you a Tipple’s glass and you will have your name added to our plaque on the wall and be immortalized in the annals of Tipple’s History.
