Collective Arts Dry Hopped Raspberry Sour Beer -JACK TIPPLE’S YEAR OF BEER CHALLENGE 6.37

Typically dry hopped sours showcase a nice balance of refreshing tartness, and the flavor profile of whatever hop was used (ie citrus notes when citra hops are used). Rarely does the bitter quality from the alpha acids get noticed in the beer. That is why Collective Arts dry-hopped raspberry sour surprised Jack so much. Raspberry up front, but a nice earthy bitterness at the end. That is why it is the beer of the week.

We at Tipple’s love to try new beers all the time and we’re sure that you do too. In honor of that we are rolling out a new program to help you try new beer and perhaps revisit some old beers you haven’t had in quite a while. For Jack Tipple’s Year of Beer Challenge we will feature a different beer every week. If you purchase that beer on the given week we will punch your card. Once you have completed 52 non-consecutive weeks of featured beers we will give you a Tipple’s glass and you will have your name added to our plaque on the wall and be immortalized in the annals of Tipple’s History.
