Sierra Nevada’s Bigfoot, Barleywine-Style Ale: Jack’s Year of Beer Challenge – week 24 2020
Bigfoot is a beast of a beer, packed with bittersweet malt and heaps of aggressive whole-cone Pacific Northwest hops. First introduced in the winter of 1983, Bigfoot is a cult-classic brewed in the barleywine style—strong and robust with the refined intensity of a wine.
We at Tipple’s love to try new beers all the time and we’re sure that you do too. In honor of that we are rolling out a new program to help you try new beer and perhaps revisit some old beers you haven’t had in quite a while. For Jack Tipple’s Year of Beer Challenge we will feature a different beer every week. If you purchase that beer on the given week we will punch your card. Once you have completed 52 non-consecutive weeks of featured beers we will give you a Tipple’s glass and you will have your name added to our plaque on the wall and be immortalized in the annals of Tipple’s History.
