Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping origin is located in Florida. Unless you live in or near Florida, it is highly recommended that you choose an expedited method of delivery, preferably overnight. Prolonged exposure to the hazards of shipping (temperature change, abrupt movements, etc.) can be damaging to your wine.
  • All wine is shipped via UPS.
  • An adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package, or the delivery driver will not deliver. For this reason, it is recommended that you arrange your order to be delivered to a location in which you will be present, such as place of work.
  • Please note that selecting overnight or two day shipping does not guarantee your wine will be there in that specified time. It may be held due to weather, availability, or packing. Expedited shipping is recommended to lessen the exposure of your wine to the hazards of shipping.
  • Tipples Brews offers free shipping on individual purchases totaling $300.00 or more. Free shipping only applies to one individual order going to one individual address within the continental United States. We ship via UPS. For orders less than $300.00, you can calculate shipping costs within the checkout process. We do our very best to get your wine, via ground courier, to its destination in 7 business days or less. Overnight and 2-day air shipping upgrades are available upon request (at customers expense).
  • Local Delivery is available within 25 miles of the 32608 zip code, free local delivery requires a $75 minimum order.
Shipping holds due to weather
  • Your package will be held at our temperature controlled facility during periods of extremely hot or extremely cold weather, either at the place of shipping origin or destination. You will be notified via email when a hold is placed, and again when the package is shipped.
  • If you receive a hold notice, you may arrange to have you package shipped anyway by emailing online@tipplesbrews.com. If you choose to ship anyway, we can make no guarantee for the safety of the contents of your wine. We will not accept returns nor will UPS insurance cover the contents of your package. If you do choose to go against the hold, it is recommend that you choose overnight shipping to give your wine the best chance of arriving without damage.
Returns & Replacements
  • If a bottle’s contents are corked or otherwise damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, credit, or refund. Returned bottles must contain the wine so we can inspect the contents. Simply replace the cork and leave the wine in the bottle. Empty bottles cannot be returned. Contact us at online@tipplesbrews.com to arrange a return.
Can wine be shipped to my state?
  • Due to complicated regulation, wine can only be shipped to a limited number of states. If your state is not available, you will be notified in the checkout process.
  • Wine cannot be shipped to some counties within states we ship to.
Can wine be shipped to my country?
  • At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental United States.

Updates to your order will be automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. You may also check your order status by logging into your account. If you need additional assistance, email us at online@tipplesbrews.com.
