Harviestoun Makes Ola Dubh 30 by taking their Old Enging Oil and aging it for up to six months in casks that previously held Highland Park’s very special 30 year old single malt whisky.

Franziskaner is an elegant wheat beer from Bavaria. The copper-golden hue is topped with thick and creamy white foam. It has banana and citrus notes with subtle hints of spice on the finish. Big Squeeze presents as a hazy, almost orange, beer with a fine and foamy head. It has the refreshing aroma of citrus with hints of biscuit from the malt. It brings a thirst quenching sweet/tart flavor of grapefruit with a gentle and refreshing finish.

Hitachino Japanese Classic Ale is brewed following the original India Pale Ale brought to Japan in the 19th century. It is slowly matured in Cedar casks which are commonly used in the brewing of traditional Japanese sake.  It has a medium bodied feel with a sweet, bitter taste. Notes of cedar blend with a spicy yet mild aroma of British traditional hops such as Kent Goldings and Challenger.

Innis & Gunn’s sturdy Scottish Stout was matured over American oak heartwood infused with Irish whiskey. The result is a rich and complex beer with a velvety smooth finish and notes of dark chocolate, coffee and molasses. It features a complex and satisfying finish with a lingering oak sweetness and creamy mouthfeel.
