Finding the right balance of aroma, hoppiness, and fullness of flavor is a mountain worth climbing. That’s what’s been done with Breck IPA. Scrutiny of ingredients and experimentation with process resulted in this yin and yang – distinctively pleasant floral aroma with crisp hop flavor that’s mellowed by Full Pint malt, a relatively new and unique malt variety.

With its deep, dark brown-black color, thick, full-bodied, velvety-smooth mouth feel, mocha character, and, strong yet subtle hop bite, Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout is one of the thickest, richest, and most complex stouts on the market today.

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro’s complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.  

Hayseed is a delicious sessionable farmhouse ale, also known as a grisette. Light-bodied, yet flavorful, Hayseed is like liquid sunshine: perfect after a hike, floating in the lake, or while playing fetch with your old brown dog.

The famous Bear Gates guarding the approach to Traquair House, near Pebbles, have been closed since 1745 – when the last person to pass through them was Bonnie Prince Charlie. Now, 250 years later, the ancient Traquair Brew House celebrates the Jacobite cause by producing this potent spiced ale to a traditional fine recipe. Sip slowly and remember the old toast to the “King O’er the Water.”

The 8.0 per cent abv, bottle conditioned beer is brewed from British, Czech and Danish malts with Styrian hops and an English yeast strain. All the ingredients are transported along precarious roads to the brewery located 3,500 feet above sea level.

St. Bernardus Christmas Ale is the youngest descendant in the illustrious family of delicious Abbey Ales by Brewery St. Bernardus. This specialty beer of 10% alc. vol. is characterized by its deep dark colour, with a creamy, thick head and a full, almost velvety taste with a fruity nose. It’s a seasonal ale, brewed annually for the holiday season. The long winter nights are perfect moments to savour this ale with or without friends and to enjoy its unique, complex taste and after-taste.

A refreshing mildly hopped Belgian styled beer with a complex flavor of coriander, orange peel, nutmeg. White Ale has won gold medals at several beer competition in U.K. and U.S. This is one of Hitachino’s top-selling beers both in Japan and U.S. 

Traditional top fermented beer. Brewed by the unique family brewery De Halve Maan, which has been located in the historical heart of Bruges since 1856. Straffe Hendrik Wild is a version of the original Tripel beer, in which the beer is re-fermented with wild “brettanomyces” yeasts giving the beer a tart dry finish.

They call this a Hacienda style ale. It takes it roots from classic, Old Country farmhouse ales, but has been influenced by Latin American palates and U.S. hop varietals (though it is not a hoppy beer). Wheat and pilsner malts, saison yeast, dry finish. Gravity set out to brew a beer with both food pairing and sessionability in mind and achieved that. From our grains to your glass . . . Cheers!
