Owner/Operator: Jeff Xander has expertise in both wine and beer. He fell in love with wine while traveling the world working in the semiconductor industry. Craft beer came next and he knew he wanted to be a part of this amazing industry.
- 2016: Passed First Sommelier Testing
- 2015: Graduated from Auburn University Graduate Program in Brewing Science & Operations
- 2014: 6 months practicum work with First Magnitude Brewing
- 2011: Began brewing craft beer/cider
- 1997: Graduated from the University of Florida
Director of Marketing & Social Media: Elizabeth has extensive marketing experience, running marketing campaigns for both the hospitality and tech industries. From graphic design to content creation to market analysis, Tipple’s social media and marketing face is her vision.
Assistant Manager: Reece comes from Red Clay Brewing in Auburn, AL, where he served as both the Assistant Brewer and Assistant Bar Manager for the brewery. He has extensive experience with brewing, running a taproom, and managing events.
Lead Salesman & Merchandiser: Jake has decades of experience with fine cuisine along with wine and beer. He is an amazing food pairing resource and knows every inch of the store to point you in the right direction for the tasty beverage of your choice.
