WINEMAKER NOTES:

Mirabelle: The 34th Bottling of Mirabelle Brut offers aromas of yellow apple, apricot, and caramelized pineapple, with subtle hints of orange zest, vanilla and ginger. A fruitful entry welcomes vibrant flavors of meyer lemon, tangerine, and baked apple, leading to a bright center with crème brulee, shortbread cookie, and tangy citrus. The flavors linger with vibrant acidity, leading to a long refreshing finish. Blend: 57% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir

Schramsberg: This 2022 Blanc de Blancs has lifted aromas of green apple, apple tart, and apple custard, intermingled with tangerine and lemon-lime. Its vibrant flavors of fresh grapefruit, golden apple and white peach bring drive to the midpalate, leading to a clean finish with notes of vanilla chiffon and a hint of ginger.
