    A 100% Muscadelle is a rare wine from Bordeaux or anywhere. This is an experience and a pleasure.

    Bouquet: Floral and spicy with hints of yellow fruit (apricot, pear) and delicate tropical notes.
    Palate: Medium-bodied with layered flavors — lemon curd, apricot, pear, sea salt, biscuit, and subtle doughy richness
    Finish: Balanced with graceful acidity and a fine, delicate finish.

    Held in Reserve is a curated evening of special wines that didn't quite make it into previous wine tastings. These are bottles that stood out, surprised, or simply refused to be forgotten — quietly set aside for the right moment.

    Our wine expert tastes and evaluates roughly 20 wines every week throughout the year (yes, it’s a demanding role… but someone must rise to the occasion). This event showcases the wines from 2025 that truly earned their place in the Tipple's cellar.

    If you’ve ever wondered which wines stopped him in his tracks — this is your chance to find out.

    Tickets are $45 and need to be purchased in advance ONLY by calling 352-672-6303; tickets will not be sold via any other channels - do NOT believe scammers! Make sure you can attend, as there are no refunds.

    A private chef will provide food pairing including a full selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, olives, & bread.
